Accepted Insurances and Fees

I am in network with the following insurance providers:

Blue Cross Blue Shield

United Healthcare

Optum

Aetna

I am unable to accept any HMO insurance providers.

For those paying out of pocket, the fee for an initial intake session is $175.00, and $165.00 for all follow-up sessions thereafter.  

All clients will be charged $165.00 for any late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and or no-show appointments.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, sliding scale options can be discussed.
